When stakeholder teams are formed to discuss important issues and then dissolve once the work is done, it is not uncommon for procedural problems and conflict to occur. Perceived power imbalances and difficult personalities often rush stakeholder groups to faulty assumptions and incomplete decisions. Once we decide to work together, TIGERS role is to facilitate your group development process.
