 A quick look at the rules
At the start of the game, the group divides into two teams composed of up to 10 people each. Each team must assemble a six-piece game board made up of the six TIGERS values (trust, interdependence, genuineness, empathy, risk and success) and agree on two pre-printed definitions for each value. Finally, all the teams agree on the same definitions and board arrangement by the end of the time limit (usually 35 minutes). Right or wrong, everyone must reach consensus by the end of the game.
After the game is finished, a facilitator guides a group discussion on what the participants' observed and learned. The facilitator helps the group connect the findings to their own team dynamic and transfer what they learned to new team goals that reinforce your company vision, mission and values.
